I was delighted to write a children’s picture book for the Anna Freud centre, illustrated by Zenovia Grant. This free digital book aims to help educators, parents and carers have important discussions about mental health with young children. The book also includes a guide written by Dr Abi Miranda  and Claudia Coussins from Anna Freud.
